Base salary starts at $31.63/hr . E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice. Triages patient concerns and appropriately directs to provider as needed. Provides education to patients according to their needs. Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders. Coordinates healthcare team and delegates appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel. Other duties as assigned. E D U C A T I O N Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. E X P E R I E N C E Previous hospital experience preferred. C R E D E N T I A L S Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment with IMH. Additional certifications and training provided by Ivinson may be required on individual units as indicated in the CBO. Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to: a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy and a helpful, professional attitude both in person and on the telephone. Nurse Practitioner/Physican Assistant - Urgent Care

Masters of Science in Nursing from an accredited program required. E X P E R I E N C E One to three (1-3) years of experience directly related to position and responsibilities preferred. C R E D E N T I A L S Must have a current, valid Registered Nurse license/Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Wyoming State Board of Nursing. Must have Board certification from ANCC or ACNP Must have a current, valid Wyoming Controlled Substance Registration and must be in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy. Must have a current, valid DEA Registration, and must be in good standing with the DEA. Registered Nurse - Special Procedures (Cancer Center)

E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S The RN, SPU is responsible for monitoring patients, maintaining their IV access, and recognizing potential drug interaction and complications. Administers the appropriate treatments to patients. Demonstrates the ability and the appropriate technical skills with administering treatments and procedures in accordance with physician’s orders and IMH policy and procedure. All care, treatment and services provided are within current Federal, State, Local Standards, Rules, Regulations and Guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Transcribes, utilizes and implements standing orders, protocols and physician orders. Other duties as assigned. E D U C A T I O N Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. E X P E R I E N C E Previous experience in a hospital preferred. Previous experience with the administration of chemotherapy preferred. C R E D E N T I A L S Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment with IMH. Must have current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must obtain within one (1) year of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment at IMH. O NS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Course preferred to be taken and certification granted within one year of employment. Re-certification must be taken every 2 years or as written by ONS standards.
