Responsibilities : Room patients, assist physician/provider in setting up for procedures and exams Collect and document patient history, vital signs, and relevant information promptly. Provide education to patients Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment. Disinfect and sterilize instruments, equipment, and reusable supplies. Maintain inventory of supplies in exam rooms and designated areas as directed by Nurse Manager (e.g., immunizations). Inform supervisor of any issues hindering quality care delivery.
