Our LPNs will coordinate day-to-day clinical activities, provide direct patient care in collaboration with physicians during visits, and manage patient flow throughout each visit. Responsibilities Prepare patients for medical examination; take vitals, perform EKGs, order medical supplies for the home program, and the geriatric patient clinic. Assist with procedures and collect specimens (e.g. finger puncture, phlebotomy, take urine samples, obtain and record vital signs, urine dipstick, CLIA, EKG, etc.) from patients and perform procedures. Prepare and administer injections and vaccinations. Fill out lab forms and requests for lab tests, label blood tubes and specimen collection containers, and arrange for specimens to be picked up.
