Caregiver

$18.50 - $20.50 / hour
As a Caregiver with Meadow Creek Village, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments. Wellness Director LPN

As the Wellness Director (Health Services) at Meadow Creek Village , you’re the clinical leader and oversee the nursing team. It’s your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents. As a Med Tech (Med Aide) with Meadow Creek Village, you’re responsible for administering medications and assisting residents in a variety of ways to support their individual treatment plans. Your ability to identify, diagnose and communicate concerns with not only residents, but with their families, physicians and staff is vital when it comes to ensuring that our residents are thriving.
