Care Coordinator - RN Purpose of Position: Coordinate the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, serving as the liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively. Wellness Advocate - Shishmaref

Wellness Advocate - Shishmaref Purpose of Position: The Wellness Advocate position is designed to serve a community by mentoring local people to be community wellness advocates through planning, leading and teaching fitness and nutrition education, and wellness activities for the youth and broader community in their home community. The Wellness Coordinator will work to support the CAMP Department in developing and sustaining year-round health advocacy, participating in community outreach and fostering environments and opportunities for residents of all ages to lead active, healthy lives.
