RN/LPN MDS Coordinator

A leading skilled nursing facility near Tamarac, FL area is seeking an experienced and detail-driven MDS Coordinator to join our dynamic clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in resident care, drive quality outcomes, and support a strong interdisciplinary team. MDS Director

A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking a hands-on MDS Director (RN) to lead the assessment process and support strong clinical and reimbursement outcomes. This is a leadership role in a structured, supportive environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and quality care . Schedule This position offers a hybrid schedule : 3 days per week onsite 2 days per week work-from-home Schedule set by the facility New hires will be onsite full-time for the first 3 months for training, orientation, and facility integration. After this period, hybrid eligibility will be based on performance and operational needs.
