Develops, implements, and coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family. Performs admissions for hospice patients as requested by clinical supervisor. The QLC is an advocate for the Sisters for services ordinarily provided by the family but not provided by PR. The QLC aids each Sister in fulfilling her potential to live her mission as a Sister of the Blessed Sacrament by encouraging a healthy, balanced, and holistic lifestyle and spiritual life. Identifies learning needs of staff and develops effective educational programs in response to needs.
