The incumbent must be able to recognize, interpret, document and demonstrate skills as required by patient population on assigned nursing unit. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Nursing Director, assist in planning, monitoring and improving unit operations to achieve hospital goals of quality, service and positive outcomes. Position responsibilities include OR charge nurse duties as assigned. Expectation is the incumbent can also be assigned to cases when needed.
