Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a 144-bed skilled nursing facility, is hiring a full-time MDS Coordinator! Candidate can be an LPN or RN. $40 to $45 an hour if an LPN, $45 to $50 if RN. Weekly pay. You plan, organize, and assist in the MDS process, which involves overseeing resident care plans through clinical assessment, review of residents' medical history, personal interviews, and completion of MDS reports. Requirements: Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing, college or university. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN/LPN in Massachusetts. At least one (1) year of nursing experience required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Duties: Coordination of MDS process. Oversees ADL training for facility and staff. Issues and delivers denial notices timely and appropriately.
