Work with an interdisciplinary team while utilizing strong assessment, clinical judgement, and evidence-based nursing practices. As an RN in our WOW Program (Work on Weekends) - We offer you an hourly rate of $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Intervention - Night Shift

Unit Overview: We welcome New Grads! The Cardiac Intervention Unit (CIU) will facilitate care to the following patient populations: patients admitted for cardiac catheterization, elective coronary interventional procedures including PTCA, stent, atherectomy, electrophysiology testing and/or ablation, elective electrical cardioversion, permanent cardiac pacemaker or AICD implantation. CIU's nurse to patient ratio is 1:5. Anticipated length of stay for these patients is less than 48 hours. The unit provides expert quality care to patients utilizing an interdisciplinary collaborative approach in an effort to return the patient to their highest level of wellness. The CIU is committed to providing healthcare that is unmatched in quality, convenience that is patient/family centered. Pre-Employment Requirements: We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required. Education Requirements: ADN required, BSN preferred. Job Requirements: Current RN license. Previous Telemetry or Cardiac experience preferred. Exceptional patient care assessment and unmatched customer service skills. As an RN in our Float Pool PRN Program - We offer two shift options. Tier 1: $40.12/hour - 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month. Tier 2: $42.50/hour - 2 shifts per week or 8 shifts per month.
