Available shifts will be scheduled Friday - Tuesday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM. Era Living is seeking a part-time Lead Resident Assistant to become the newest member of our Community Health team located in our The Gardens at Town Square community, Bellevue, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Tuesday - Thursday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM. Competitive Compensation/Benefits Package Includes: 401(k) retirement plan with generous company match (eligibility contingent on age requirement) 1 hour vacation for every 37.15 hours paid to start (eligibility: regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours, but less than 32) Double pay for holidays worked 1 hour paid sick time for every 40 hours worked Employee Assistance Program Longevity bonuses Employee discount programs Primary Responsibilities: The Lead Resident Assistant is considered a shift lead, providing support and direction to other Resident Assistants working the same shift, as well as providing direct resident care services.
