Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to providers and other staff during shift change. Education Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN). Degree received from an education institution accredited by National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
