The Staff RN uses the nursing process to deliver nursing care to a given patient care population as it relates to the care setting. Nursing care is based on the interpretation and execution of the medical and nursing plan of treatment utilizing established procedures standards and protocols of individuals within the assigned work shift. The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) works cooperatively with all team members in planning and performing basic care. The Certified Nurse Assistant supports patient care delivery and is responsible for adhering to all standards of care and for promoting teamwork among coworkers. Unit Resource Nurse IV - Cath Lab - FT Days

The Unit Resource Nurse IV is responsible for providing all aspects of clinical care while providing effective and appropriate communication to ensure the optimal patient experience possible.
