As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days

Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)
