The Professional Registered Nurse is responsible for time management, critical thinking, delegation and prioritization. Direct patient care may include assessment, monitoring, and recording and reporting patient's condition. Profession RN collaborates with care team participates in interdisciplinary care and advocates for patients.

Physical Requirements:

R equired Skills and Experience : Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred A Master's degree required (MSN, MBA, MHA, or leadership focused) RN License in the State of New York , preferred 8-10 years of acute care hospital experience as a R egistered N urse preferred Minimum of 5 years of hospital leadership experience as a director with strong financial skills Pr oven experience in leading financial improvement projects within nursing and patient care services division Preferred Skills and Experience : Certif ication in nursing leadership preferred Physical Requirements: Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g., Use of computer keyboard); may require lifting and ca rrying light loads (up to 40 pounds ), including boxes, equipment, IV solutions and stooping and kneeling (e.g., to pick up items from the floor, to remove and replace items on lower shelves and to file documents in lower file drawers); sitting, walking, or standing for long periods of time may be necessary; must be able physically to operate the equipment used for the job.
