This is a Nurse Residency position designed specifically for new nurses. Key Responsibilities: The Nurse Resident is provided with additional training, assessment of skills and support during their three months of hire. The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional nurse accountable for direct and indirect age-appropriate patient assessment, care planning, patient care and monitoring of patient outcomes to care and must be competent to implement all phases of the nursing process.
