Qualifications: · Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in good standing; advanced degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred. · Minimum of two years of progressive clinical leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on skilled nursing or long-term care settings. · Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality measures, and best practices in clinical care and patient safety. · Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve clinical excellence and quality outcomes. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. · Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable plans, and drive implementation. · Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
