About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, medication administration, and vital signs
Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and maintain accurate records
Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff
Perform various tasks as needed, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and ambulation

Requirements

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
