Your Role as a CNA:

As a CNA at Lotus Village, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

  • Taking and recording vital signs, ensuring residents' safety and comfort

  • Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

  • Providing compassionate and personalized care in a resident-centered environment

  • Supporting nurses with various tasks and medical procedures as needed

  • Interacting professionally with residents, families, and healthcare teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Active CNA certification in North Carolina

  • CPR certification preferred
