Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

As an RN Nurse Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with the care team.

  • Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their support systems.

  • Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.

  • Promoting patient independence by:
