🩺 About the Role: 
This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains. 

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery. 

 

Position Highlights at a Glance: 

 

  • Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days 

  • Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more 

  • Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more 

  • Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 

  • 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) 

 

✔️ What You’ll Need: 

  • RN License (State of TX) 

  • CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred 

  • 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus) 

  • CRRN preferred

JOB SUMMARY The Supervisor, Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervision of assigned nursing and unit-based personnel to provide a safe, caring environment for patients, family and staff which fosters professional nursing practice, shared decision-making, inter-professional teamwork and collaboration with positive patient and staff outcomes.
