BaneCare Management is currently seeking a Full-Time MDS Nurse Coordinator to join our Clinical Reimbursement in the Boston area. 

The Bostonian, a not-for-profit organization, is a spacious, recently renovated 121-bed skilled nursing facility with a unique neighborhood setting, conveniently located just off Route 93 in Dorchester, MA and easily accessible by public transportation (MBTA). The Bostonian is a preferred, post acute provider for major acute care hospitals in the Boston area. We provide short term rehabilitation, long term care and respite care. Come join our team!

Requirements for MDS Nurse Coordinator:

    • Must possess current, unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN) in MassachusettsLicensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferred
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least two (2) years of MDS experience, preferred

Job Duties for MDS Nurse Coordinator:

  • Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
  • Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
  • Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
  • Provide back-up to facility's Managed Care Case Manager, in their absence.
