LPN Mobile Clinician Job Specification:

As a Mobile Health Clinician – MI at DocGo, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. Key responsibilities include driving to patients' homes, engaging in assessments, providing treatment, maintaining medical records, and practicing under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider.

Responsibilities of an LPN Mobile Health Clinician:

Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the On-Demand patient population
Navigate conversations related to health management, medication, and goals of care
Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses
Participate in continuing education
Adhere to clinical and safety standards
Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion

LPN Mobile Health Clinician Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Active and current American Heart Association BLS Required / ACLS certification Preferred
Relevant clinical work experience preferred
Current unrestricted license Michigan State LPN
Clinical work experience with pediatrics (preferred)
2 years of phlebotomy experience (certification not required)
1 license (MA unlicensed, CMA, LPN, Phlebotomist)
AHA CPR certification
Valid Driver's License (1-year clean record, 2 years overall experience)
Ability to lift 25-40 lbs
Comfort with technology

If hired, you must complete third-party Phlebotomy training.
