Fulltime Unit Manager position available at Skilled Nursing Facility in Lawrence, MA area! Make rounds with physicians, as necessary. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly Other special projects and duties, as assigned. To join this team please have the following requirements: COVIDVaccination Required Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration. 2. BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies. Preferred : 1. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred. Experience/Skills: Required: 1. Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing. Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements. Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents. III.
