We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. Schedule:

PRN - Work as needed

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Perform G-tube care and feedings
Aspiration precautions
Supervise for safety
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
