POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LOCATION: Bronx, NY

TYPE: Full-Time & Part-Time

SCHEDULE: All Shifts Available (Day, Evening, Night) 8- hour shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily resident rounds and monitor nursing care delivery
  • Provide direct bedside nursing care with compassion and accuracy
  • Administer medications and document per facility protocol
  • Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident condition
  • Assist with treatments and implement care plans under RN supervision
  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow all regulatory guidelines
  • Perform other patient care duties as delegated by Nursing Administration

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Active NYS LPN license (required)
  • BLS Certification (required)
  • Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
