RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors and ensures the overall nursing care to residents in accordance with CMS, State and Company Guidelines.
  • Oversees Clinical policies and procedures in support of these regulations and guidelines and assists in the implementation of such.
  • Follows up on concerns from Residents and Family members
  • Evaluates, monitors, and manages staffing levels and availability to ensure proper levels of staffing and care
  • Implements and oversees infection control procedures to ensure resident and staff health and safety at all times.
  • Coordinates purchasing of supplies, monitoring budget and validating and coding invoices.
  • Assist in establishing a high quality of resident care; performs daily rounds
  • Assists with the investigations of all incidents, falls, skin, elopements in compliance with policy and procedures
  • Conduct and documents mandatory in-services and orientation for all staff

EXPERIENCE:

  • RN License in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum three years’ experience preferred
