Caregiver Role - Assisted Living

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in our Assisted Living community, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Supporting residents during meals and hydration
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes to leadership
  • Assisting with light housekeeping related to resident care
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment
  • Accurately documenting care provided

Qualifications

  • Experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, or Healthcare is a plus
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedules Available

  • Day: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mondays and Tuesdays specifically)
  • Night: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Early Day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Flexible scheduling options are available based on availability and community needs.
