Summary:

As the Director of Clinical Education, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to ensure that our staff remains up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in behavioral health care. Your expert guidance will help us maintain our commitment to exceptional patient care and drive continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical education programs that align with hospital policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify education needs and develop customized training plans
• Facilitate educational seminars, workshops, and in-service training sessions for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical education programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, and incorporate new knowledge into education programs
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health and clinical education principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
