Position Overview

A long‑term care facility in Mitchell, SD is seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel LPN for an 8‑week NOC‑shift contract beginning 2/16. This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a steady overnight routine and enjoys providing high‑quality care to geriatric residents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective nursing care to LTC residents
Perform assessments and follow individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Document resident status and interventions accurately and promptly
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility standards

Qualifications

Active LPN license (SD or compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable working independently during NOC shifts
