This position will keep you engaged rounding in the hospital, first-assist in the OR and clinic time.

• Team of eight surgeons and eight advanced practitioners.
• Our vascular surgery team serves patients at the MultiCare campuses in Tacoma, Puyallup and Auburn. This position will be primarily based out of Tacoma but will require some travel between facilities during the week and while on call.
• Job duties include inpatient management (daily rounds and consults) and as an OR first assistant with some clinic coverage.
• The PA/NP who joins our team will gain experience in management of aneurysmal disease, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, varicose veins, and dialysis access.

FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: M-F

Base Compensation: $130,748.00 - 175,021.00 plus eligibility for performance bonus and call pay

What You'll Own Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand. Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor. You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you'll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. Who Thrives Here TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND Current NP license (state-issued) 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND Current NP license (state-issued) 2+ years in aesthetics practice Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role) Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day. Schedule & Coverage 5 to 6 weekend shifts per month - no overnights Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
