Provide consultation and referral to patients, as needed. Prepares in writing a complete, accurate, evaluation document on each patient seen in the clinical setting. Provide nursing and medical services to individuals, families and groups, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. Develop data base for individuals/ families utilizing health care developmental history, physical examination, laboratory data, other diagnostic testing as indicated and pertinent psychosocial information. Analyze and interpret routine laboratory results. Provide administrative assistance for clinic activities. PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
