Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care/Diabetes Care

$144,825 - $198,208 / year

Providence Northeast Washington Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join their Garden Homes Clinic in Colville, a friendly community sitting directly to the north of Spokane, Washington. A plethora of outdoor activities and scenic beauty will be at your door, in a peaceful historic town with modern amenities.

In this specialized primary care role, you will build relationships with an established panel of primary care patients to partner with them in achieving compliance with their diabetic care, improving patient outcomes as an extension of the primary care team. You will provide education and treatment, including insulin pump technology and glucose monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years advanced practitioner primary care experience is preferred

  • Open to new graduates with prior related nursing experience

  • Experience working with diabetic patients and insulin pumps preferred, or interest/ability to learn
