What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Willingly floats to the various internal medicine, outpatient psychiatry, and pediatric clinics, and/or between clinic locations to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to various schedule changes.
  • Provides appropriate, individualized direct care to patients and families in area of practice.
  • Completes an accurate assessment of physical, mental, emotional development and social conditions when interviewing patients and families in the clinic and on the telephone.
  • Demonstrates age-specific competency in the performance of initial and on-going assessments of the patient to determine nursing care needs and includes
