What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license in MO with a clear record (verified on Nursys)
  • Strong pediatric background—ideally with recent experience in ICU, ER, or school settings
  • Confident working independently after thorough onboarding (2-week training provided)
  • Skilled with computer-based charting and multitasking in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility—willingness to work with all grade levels and shift assignments as required
  • Availability for 35-40 hours weekly, with working hours between 7:00 am–4:30 pm and site locations varying
  • Ability to float between sites, cover field trips, and handle last-minute schedule adjustments
  • Recent grads not eligible for this role

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operation of assigned health room, managing acute and chronic needs
  • Deliver care and medical support to students from PreK through high school
  • Triage students, administer medication, conduct screenings, and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain accurate, timely computerized health records and documentation
  • Communicate proactively with staff, families, and administration
