Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead our Independence hospice team. This role is responsible for driving operations, supporting clinical leaders, and ensuring patients and families receive high quality, compassionate care.

What You Will Do
Oversee day to day operations of the hospice program
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Lead and support clinical and administrative staff
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Drive quality improvement and performance initiatives
Manage department performance, operations, and outcomes
Support growth and community awareness of hospice services
Build strong communication across teams, patients, and families

What You Need
Active Missouri or Compact RN license
Hospice or home health leadership experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, Master’s preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
Ability to manage teams and drive accountability
Comfort working in a fast paced, evolving environment
