What you will do

Provides for the emotional, physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.
Assigns duties to non-professional staff such as CNAs according to education, training, policy and resident need in order to assure quality resident care is delivered. Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed.

Overview Performs duties under the direction or supervision of a licensed medical practitioner or a registered nurse. Responsible for conducting a focused assessment of the patient to include vital signs and gathering data, implementing established plans of care, and evaluating effectiveness of treatments in the medical practice setting. What you will do Accurately completes all required clinical documentation consistently per Riverside Medical Group standards.
