Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Current auto insurance (if transporting clients). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary. Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or nursing home experience is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.
