Minimum of two years of ICU experience required. Advanced CVICU experience preferred. The Certified Medical Assistant is able to demonstrate the knowledge, ability, and skills necessary to safely administer medications in the ambulatory care setting. The Certified Surgical Technologist handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
