Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and monitor vital signs

  • Supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient daily operations and quality care delivery

  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and care plans

  • Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions

  • Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support to the nursing team

  • Collaborate with physicians and facility leadership to optimize resident outcomes

  • Communicate policy, procedure, and regulatory updates clearly and promptly

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards

  • Accurately document patient care activities and clinical interventions

  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
