Aventura at Pembrooke is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our night shift! Join a supportive team where your leadership and clinical expertise make a real impact.

What You Need:

Active RN license (in good standing)
2+ years RN experience (long-term care preferred)
Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong leadership and clinical skills

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards
Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions
Communicate with physicians, families & care teams
Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift
