Job Summary:

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an LPN at our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents. We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time openings with day, evening, and night shifts available.

Responsibilities:

Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature
Administer medications and injections as needed
Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Requirements:

Current NY State LPN License

Position Summary: Assist physician with duties necessary to support the needs of the practice working within and to the maximum scope of license Education, License & Cert: LPN ‐ Must be licensed in the state of practice.
