Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor client health and report changes to RN supervisor
Maintain accurate daily care documentation
Ensure client safety and proper use of medical equipment
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Follow all agency policies and HIPAA compliance standards

Qualifications

Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a home care environment
No experience required – we will train you!
PCA or HHA certification (preferred but not required)
