What you'll do The Nursing Assistant (NA) I is a key member to the nursing care team. They assist with direct and indirect patient care within their scope of practice, supporting patients, nursing and medical care teams. The care delivered is in collaboration and under the supervision/ delegation of the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ The Nursing Assistant (NA) shares accountability for the quality of patient outcomes.
