Key Responsibilities for Weekend Nurse Supervisor:

Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON)
Review staffing at the change of each shift and make adjustments to ensure all resident care needs are met
Complete patient care rounds, ensuring high-quality care for all residents
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications of Weekend Nurse Supervisors:

Valid RN license
Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience required
Valid CPR certification
Long-term care or nursing home experience required
Supervising experience required
A compassionate heart for working with seniors and making a real impact in their lives
