Meadowridge Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Meadowridge provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Compensation The pay range for this position is $29.81 to $53.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. YOU will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by providing oversight and attention around documenting and administering medications and completing assessments to ensure the best treatment for our students. JRI’s Developing Abilities program provides opportunities for people to live in homes and apartments in their communities and to grow through job training, supported employment and day habilitation services. We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities. LPN's must be willing to travel within the Middlesex area; Framingham, Waltham, Lexington, Marlboro and Westboro. Compensation The pay range for this position is $56,160 to $60,320 per year . In this role, you will: Administer medications and treatments. Follow doctor’s orders and individual medication awareness programs; assess possible side effects; complete documentation; verify the narcotics count. Provide routine medical care and respond to medical emergencies during scheduled hours Follow protocols to notify residential programs, guardians, Willow Tree Management team, Day Hab Director or Health Care Coordinator Assist with daily living and personal care activities as necessary to assess medical needs or ensure the safety of individuals Document daily notes regarding any treatment or assessment done within the day. Document attendance and follow up on individuals that are absent Consult daily with Supervisory staff in regard to specific directions for individual care.
