Schedule: Per Diem | No Overnights

We are seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an outpatient clinic in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Registered Nurse with daily clinical operations

· Administer medications and provide nursing care to participants

· Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and urine collection

· Maintain accurate medical records and logs

· Support patient follow-up care and coordination

· Assist with admissions, physicals, and lab coordination

· Serve as HIV Coordinator, including tracking patient care

Qualifications

· Active NYS LPN license (required)

· Experience in opioid treatment or similar clinical settings (required)

· 3+ years of nursing experience preferred

· Strong EMR and computer skills

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

· Individuals with lived experience in recovery or justice involvement are encouraged to apply
