Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including assigning duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Implement and monitor the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
