Job Specification:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Baylor Program Supervisor. As the Baylor Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an RN who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff, including assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and evaluating care outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident status, address concerns, and ensure quality of care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and support as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and facility operations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
