Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate medical records

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of New York

  • Prior experience as a RN

  • Strong clinical skills and understanding of nursing principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
