Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate daily care documentation

  • Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and families

  • Follow all company policies and HIPAA compliance guidelines

Qualifications

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a home care environment

  • No experience required – paid training provided

  • PCA or HHA certification (preferred, but not required)
